How to use Tasks & Reminders

Task Reminder

 

In the ‘Tasks’ section, you can keep track of payment schedules and membership expiry dates
and any actions you need to take regarding the Member. The system will send an email to
those associated with the task to advise that action is required. To add a task, complete the
below steps.

 

New Notes

Notes can be used to record relevant details about the company. These details are captured
during the Orientation Session. An example would be what the company is looking to achieve
during their Leaders journey.
